My local WM and Target are also the two closest iterations of those stores to a college town, so I just generally assume that thanks to college kids working there very little of the good stuff makes it to the sales floor, and if it does it doesn't stay there long.

Most of the colors are in the wrong places, but aside from the green that one reminds me a lot of the original orange and yellow Diaclone version.
