The picture really isn't that accurate, anyway. Because while the others you could kind of see it if you tried, there's no way that Ursula wanted to "give the people a voice". That's not what she was trying to do at all. It's cute wordplay, but it in no way reflects what was going on in the movie, or even any expanded universe stuff.

Fair. Call it "3:27am brain," but Gaston and Maleficient's tracked in their own ways, so Hook's is what, ah, "hooked" me to the point I didn't even think about the other two being rubbish. I guess that just fascinated me enough that I didn't notice.

Quite a betrayal, their three favorite thing teaming up to eat their family. Not using commas on top of that is just petty.

It took me way to long to realize that eating and family were supposed to be separate items on the list.

It amazes me the refusal people have to using it when presented with evidence like this.

Though I suppose to be fair, this needed any sort of comma, Oxford or otherwise.
