It looks okay, but painted windows is a bit of a joke on a Commander price point toy that is around leader size. Also a bit of a shame the waist is so thin, given the one obvious advantage of this skeleton set up was that you didn't need to have a tiny thin waist.

TBF it depends on how desperate Hasbro are to do him given he didn't make the cut for Kingdom and he doesn't appear to be in any Legacy lists any time soon. The "rules" for what qualifies are probably a lot more arbitrary to Hasbro depending on what is convenient at the time.
