Today I was unable to get an Uber ride home because my phone had zero bars and I couldn't find any WiFi that wasn't password protected. So I had to walk home. It was only 2 miles but it was in 98 degree heat. I'm dead, so it's a filler week. update: I slept for 11 hours.

My brain has learned that when it thinks I should get out of bed but I don't want to, it can play the sound of my phone ringing to make me look. I feel betrayed, but at least it's using this power for good so far. I did need to get up.

I got an estate check today. Nothing huge, but it's still nice.

See, that's actually what I like about the 1986 toys. The Movie's designs are all curves. Takara knew how to do angles. The 1986 toys are weird and in-between, and for me that works. I like Hot Rod's var mode better with a few angles. It's like the Countach vs modern rounded Lamborghinis.

And even if the film does break even, that doesn't mean the studio breaks even. Theaters aren't doing this for free. They get some of that cash.
