The thing is, Sentinel was the mastermind behind the enslavement plan and made it abundantly clear that he saw humans as an inferior race ripe for mass enslavement. That's a really hard thing to convincingly walk back from in the last few minutes of the movie, even if he was to die in the process.
Personality? In this show? Ha!
They each get one single defining character trait and that's it:
Optimus: Hero
Megatron: Villain
Lightlong: Energetic
Captain Volca: Hostile
Leafback: Brutish
Hydrophant: Cowardly
Spirituan: Cunning
Ignite Leo: Noble
Drillnohorn: Headstrong
Thunderbeak: Wild...
Do like me and get SS86, Legacy, Selects, and Behold! Galvatron to have a full barbershop quartet of insanity. :p
Avoid Kingdom Galvy like the plague, though.
He's... not wearing his Super Mode boots in that concept art. His normal feet are just drawn a bit larger than how they're scaled on the toy.
In fact, his feet were even larger than that in his cartoon model:
No way those clown shoes are flipping up to hide inside those much narrower shins.
I searched through the entirety of Transformerland's directory of black gun accessories for Transfomers toys and didn't see it anywhere.
It may belong to some other toyline instead of Transformers.
EDIT: Just checked through their non-TF toy directory too and didn't see it in there either.
Not really, considering Magmatron was actually sold in the U.S. at Target back in the day while Galvatron was only ever an overseas import. That gave Maggy more of a presence in Hasbro's market than Galvy, so more people would have more nostalgia for his original toy.
Maybe my joke suggestion...
You know, I vaguely recall someone actually asking Evan about that in a stream, as a suggestion for Gamer Edition, and he did not dismiss the possibility.
