I dunno, I kinda like the sense of legacy it gives the franchise, much like in Japan. Or with Star Trek, where basically that role belongs to them.
...with the odd and more recent exceptions of movie reboots, of course.
I'm always down for more G1 Steeljaw.
Something I wanted to make, but never got around to, was a Beast Wars version that was like the Maximal counterpart of Ravage.
"Gee, I wonder if my story arc might be too long," I thought to myself about what I'm currently writing.
Then I saw this.
Incidentally, spellings aside, I feel like this story needs more shark representation.
That would be just the most hilarious thing to happen in-character...
"Wait, this thing opens? What's this insi-- oh. Oh, wow.
"This changes everything."
I never really found Daniel that bad, that I can recall. Maybe fell in with the haters when it was "the cool thing to do," but really? Eh, I always sorta liked him.
A little reluctant to double-post this, but since it's relevant here as well, and kind of a big Halloween month thing for me...
Of course, the whole thing has its own dedicated thread over in the Iacon Art Institute, where I'm pleased with how many views its gathered.
