It was a fun little movie. Not bad though not as good as the original. Of course I'm also of the opinion that Crystal Skull wouldn't have gotten near the hate it got if it had replaced Indiana Jones with some other adventuring archeologist. I'm in the minority on that one, though.

Second movie announced Deathsport I don't think I've seen any of this one, unlike the previous announcement, but it's another Roger Corman movie and MST3K generally does pretty well with those :LOL:. Looks like a mashup of Deathrace and Warrior of the Lost World.

To be fair, the Mandalorian helmets in Star Wars are probably lighter and have an integrated HUD and sensors to improve combat awareness. Of course the Mandalorian helmets were inspired by those of the real-life Spartans who did quite a bit of fighting in the things.
