Update: Found the costume designer on Instagram: So, I guess I'm finding a different hat. I'm actually thinking of doing a custom hat band for it, rather than mimicking Knuckles', but I have no idea where to begin on that. (The Concho hat bands ZakuConvoy mentioned will be a "Plan B.")
