Got mine as well! This and Origin BB's ability to get the G1 bot modes complete with Earth-mode kibble out of the Cybertronian vehicle modes continues to amaze me.
The Nemesis is the next "confirmed" Titan. After that, I would love a Tidal Wave, but then I agree, I can't think of much else I would want at that size. I guess the argument could be made for a Titan or even HasLab sized Primus/Cybertron to compliment Unicron.
