I really liked Energon's paired combiner gimmick for the Autobots. Seems like Inferno/Roadblock and Downshift worked really well as both tops and bottoms, and Rodimus, Prowl, and TowLine were good as one or the other. I liked Hot Shot in theory, but his combined forms were less than stellar.

I have Jetfire and Overload, just needed a Super Optimus Prime to go with them. I think this will be it.

Even better: if Twisted Toyfare Theater is archived anywhere, read through those and then see how serious a threat he seems.

I only had time to read about halfway through The Tholian Web, so I can't really speak to the quality of the writing, but it's kind of fun to revisit the stories in a slightly different format and let the combination of imagination and memory fill in the gaps.

Honestly, I still maintain that Blue Leader-1 is the less boring deco. But, thinking about it, it would be less visually distinct from either Thundercracker on the Seeker mold, or (as pointed out) Metalhawk, while gray Leader-1 would actually stand out from the usual deco options on either mold...

Don't forget, there's also the blue and white alternate deco for Leader-1. That might look good on either mold.

I've managed to avoid the Siege and Earthrise Seekers, but if Hasbro wanted to put out more flavors of Seeker on the Core-class mold, I'd have to bite. Slipstream, Sunstorm and AM Thundercracker would be insta-buys, Acid Storm, and colors based on Cyberverse Ramjet would be nice, and, of course...

If I remember right, the club was specifically barred from using the Prime moniker for a time, wasn't it? I thought that's how the Nexus Maximus debacle happened...

Sounds like it's the same artist that drew the original cover, though. I am unfamiliar with Super Joe and how it does or doesn't relate to GI Joe, but it's at least cool to look at.

I would find a way to get a Titan Gobotron Fortress, Guardian Command Center, and/or Renegade Thruster (or Roguestar!). Otherwise, I would have a hard time justifying the space and money for Titans.
