Bale's performance is fine, they just give him hardly anything to do. (The one scene where he goes from a serious, dramatic character to acting like a clownish boogieman in front of some children feels like it's ripped from a completely different script, though)
Voyagers are 35. Soundwave's cassettes have been sold as core class price of $12 though these have no accessories (though also, they have elbows for a change), so even with tall that, this still feels overpriced.
Star Wars has actually seen a pretty noticeable resurgence in the wake of Andor S2 and Revenge of the Sith being in theaters; several Star Wars games like Battlefront 2 and the Old Republic have seen massive surges in players.

The TF One matrix wasn't made by Hasbro; there was a cheap one made by a costume company called "Disguise," that lit up, and the statue you just posted made by, I think, Culture Fly.
Whatever sculpt they use for the Matrix will likely be in-house.

Only took forty years!
Games take awhile to make these days, it'd be difficult to get a high quality game out in the two years it took toconcieve and make this toyline. Even Battlegrounds came out two years after Cyberverse premiered.
