Okay, dug out the original and rescanned. Some yellowing with time, but I didn't want to do a lot of post-processing.

ETA: That symbol on her chest is the faction symbol for MACE, the Mobile Artificial Consiousness Empire. My RoboMACs pastiche of Decepticons.
Heh, similar thought here, although I added some n's to imply she had an Insecticon-like speech tic.
---Dave, should probably rescan that thirty year old piece at some point....
Sigh. I had finally found a perfect solution for storing the Blokees "pogs," an old pill bottle of just the right diameter and tall enough to store several dozen more.
Then I opened the Defender wave 2 box and found they'd changed to rectangular cards.

This might be mentioned deep in the general AotP thread, but I took pictures and labeled them. ("Armpit the screws" is from facebook's bad translation of one of the first posts about this error.)

Here's Wheelie and Brains...
The new molds look like they're trying to make more like Scorponok, where they sort of have individual altmodes. Like, not only does it look like an entire Snarl has his head rammed up the cloaca of an entire Grimlock, Slipstream has her own wings which make her look like a plausible jet on her...
Yeah, I've read the King Arthur series. Finding my own copy of Knight Life (and Howling Mad, his reverse werewolf novel) was one of my used bookstore "holy grails" for a long time in the 90s and early 00s.
Peter David was the first celebrity I interacted with online, on Usenet in the summer of...
