Moon Girl is not in the MCU, she lives in a universe that is similar in the large scale things but divergent in a lot of others. As Devil Girl put it, "We live in a multiverse!" Even if Moon Girl shows up in a live action movie, it won't be exactly the version from the cartoon. If you want a...
The beasts don't have identical cores, but very similar cores with similar transformations, and they all seem to have the heads pegged on. The elephant and trike are the closest to being just color and head swaps.

I doubt the Moon Girl Beyonder has any particular connection to the "half of a Cosmic Cube" original Beyonder. Sounds like the comics have retconned his origins a few times since the original revelation that he and Molecule Man were halves of a failed Cosmic Cube.

I watched part of the first new ep (ended up skipping most of it) and the second, and haven't really felt compelled to continue. I'd thought the whole "grounded from being a superhero" impending cliche was prevented at the end of S2E14, but nope.

What does or doesn't go in BOT Talk is kinda hazy. Heck, a lot of stuff posted in the Knockoff thread isn't even remotely a knockoff...or it might be a knockoff of something that was never a Transformer.
I do think BOT Talk is the right place for threads about transforming toys that aren't...
Sigh, they're not even remotely nunchucks. It's a multi-section staff, based on the real "three section staff" flail weapon but with more pieces. Well, it's not like they'll have the word "nunchucks" embossed on them.

I think Grimlock and MegaHound are meant to be nods to the line about alliances shifting. It'll start as vehicles versus beasts, but Armored Megatron and Grimlock will change sides, Skybyte will try to infiltrate the Autobots as a car, etc.
---Dave
Yeah, Grimlock looks like a similar transformation to Rescue Bots Dino Optimus, but they somehow made it worse.
Other than the adorably stupid Skybytemobile, I'm thinking I might skip this line entirely. It's certainly not worth dealing with flaky distribution or buying iffy toys sight-unseen...
Sounds like the season arc will include figuring out what Really Happened and exonerating Korra. (Rampant industrialization and rich people will probably be the real villains.)

Admitting that "Yes, we're putting out these four characters forever." (Bumblebee is the only 3P HoS I have, although I've been tempted by the clearanced evil Knight Commander train set on occasion.)

DHL is reportedly still shipping, but you gotta pay the tariff before they'll deliver it to you, which is hitting people who had tightly budgeted their Chinese toy purchases and don't have room to drop an extra 10% on short notice.

I won't get it for a month or so, probably (mail order), but yeah...the need for a prequel to explain too much at once is one of the things I've long considered "paid fanfic." This goes way back to the two Pern novels that told the story of the original colonists, and by the end of the duology...
Yeah, silver Browning is true to the toy that got released in the Masterforce year, but the anime went with brown-for-bronze and I wanted to stick with that. I wish I could find the Shapeways mini of Browning I painted a few years ago to compare and make sure I used the same shade of brown...
I literally have seen no new Earthspark on shelves except for two lone One-Steps from different waves. And Pulse doesn't bother selling Earthspark anymore.

Yeah, Hades in FFXIV is very much "we gotta recycle all the lore" and he only goes by the name for one boss fight. Otherwise, he's almost always just Emet Selch (which is explained as being his job title) or sometimes .
