I'm 100% sold on the Junkiosaurus. Probably Megabull as well. Pretty hit and miss overall. I don't hate it, but it's clearly designed for younger kids. There's nothing at all wrong with that, the brand needs to reach out to younger kids, these just might not all be for me.
I had figured as much on the actual 80's prototype, but I would think that theoretical production colors may have skewed more towards the line art colors there of peach & pink instead of electric orange. That would be a nice "middle ground" between the prototype and the animation colors.
TB: "Wait, so that red thing on the back of your truck mode is supposed to be a topper?"
Gears: "Yeah, what did you think it was?"
TB: "I have a topper, Gears. I know what one is supposed to look like, and it's not two robot feet resting horizontally."
You're not wrong. This one does a MUCH better job of actually transforming between Arcee's car and robot modes than any recent updates have done.
I'm looking at you, Earthrise Arcee. Half of your car becoming a "hoverboard" is not really transforming.
I actually did do a Nielsen survey a couple of times over the years. I was generally pretty good about filling it out, I think, but I did knowing lie a couple of times (claimed I watched a show that I normally DO watch, but hadn't been able to that day for whatever reason but I wanted to...
Ooh, looks like their first wave will be Rhino, Thunderhawk, Condor, and Switchblade. Not a bad grouping, though I probably would have liked to get a Jackhammer instead of the Condor so that it's 2 VENOM vehicles vs. 2 MASK vehicles.
This is based on nothing but speculation, but I bet it's somewhere in between. In reality, Nielsen ratings ARE a terrible indicator of how much a streaming show is watched for exactly the reasons that people like to stream things (can watch it whenever / wherever / how often they want), but I...
The base figures are only 2D. The third dimension is only unlocked at Tier 2.
If we make it all the way up to Tier 5, we get 7D Liokaiser that includes 5 spatial dimensions and 2 time dimensions. You'll only be able to perceive them while on heavy "medication."
I think Star Wars is too entrenched into current pop culture to die any time soon. I'd say that Disney put out too much Star Wars too fast and have been (generally) more concerned with style than story, but there are still some bright spots.
I think most people that have been disappointed...
I wouldn't be completely opposed to a character-specific one. Probably Kermit as he's the "face" of the Muppets, though Gonzo has always been a personal favorite.
But, if I had my druthers, I'd want it to be more of an original character that looks like a robotic "Anything Muppet." I've been...
I've still never seen TLK (AoE was the last straw for me on the Bay movies), but I have read Rob Bricken's "Spoiler FAQ" on it, which tells me everything I think I need to know about it. It is a very funny read, and I highly recommend anyone and everyone take the time to do so.
