^I've actually got a disturbing amount of those Galvatrons - including the SHBM, which is first in that pic ;)

I feel like that DNA design kit for Galvatron was a must-have, due to his relatively squatty-looking proportions; it improves the figure quite a bit, IMO. It was an okay-ish attempt at a Galvatron (considering his toy track record), but there are too many things about it that are off for me. I...

I feel like they absolutely nailed the overall look of G1 robot-mode Megatron. Face sculpt, proportions, articulation - top notch. And whatever sorcery is keeping his obvious tank parts from not being obvious! Kudos to the design team! While I share @ZacWilliam1's sentiments on repeatedly...

    Diaclone Reboot

This is such a nicely done collab. I don't care too much about Zoids; don't mind them, just never got into them. However, I love how well this set works, and it just seems like it is going to be amazingly fun to play around with.

Thread of Thoughts, Questions (and Maybe Even Answers) That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread

I still have the Takara release of T30 Metroplex. As a stand-alone, giant super robot, it works really well, IMO. As a Transformer that needs to worthy of the price it commanded back then (and especially now), nah. I always felt that Fort Max wore it better, but I've got just as many issues...

40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Full disclosure: I haven't opened mine yet and I'm kinda scared to now. I just want to enjoy the thing but it really does seem like there are some issues to be mindful of.

    The Pet thread

I rarely post outside of the TF Discussion forum, but I lost my cat, Layla, today. She was 19 and was the oldest "patient" at my vet. She had been sick for a while (renal failure) and we had been keeping her comfortable. But she let us know that she was ready, and we took her in to be put...

I love that HftD Seaspray. I still remember the day that I got mine and how much fun I had opening it and transforming him for the first time. Very solid in both modes and, well, just a super fun Transformer!

New "Wildocking" Animal Limb Combiners from TakaraTomy

I haven't taken the plunge on any of these yet, but Lion-bot (I'm sure that's what his name is) looks pretty cool. I hope that these remain easy / relatively affordable for folks to get.

The Computron feet were great. I think I only bought one set of the 3rd party hands/feet, just for the feet - and it was for Bruticus.

    Blokees

Thank you for posting this! I was in a comic/toy shop yesterday and they had these in stock. I hadn't seen them in-person before, and decided to pick it up. It was a shade under $40 and I feel like it's a lot of bang for the buck. Looking forward to putting it together!

Yeah....I'm not really sure which itch this particular MP Optimus scratches, either. Curiouser and curiouser.
