  1. Transformers Legacy toyline

That has to be the most different I've ever seen two modes look, coming out of one robot.
  2. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

And that's what the lead pipe is for.
  3. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

The hardest part was the ladder, it was just...floppy. Didn't help that the attachment point was on a hinge. But just as we haven't seen the ladder extended or the missiles flipped out, I'd not be surprised if there are other yet-to-be-shown features.
  4. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

The only regularity with HasLabs is that some will say it will fund massively, some will say it's doomed, and both sides will quote the same numbers to 'prove' their point, all the way to the end, and probably a bit beyond. Meanwhile, in the background others will speculate on 'the next' HasLab...
  5. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Thing is, the Encore wound up being skipped by many partially for price and partially for QC nightmares. This really isn't bad, though it does strike me as similar to Tidal Wave in implementation. Several action features dropped for upsizing and improved structural stability and posability...
  6. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

“We demand G1 with knees!” “We did that already.” “We demand non-G1 with knees!” “RID already HAD knees…well, mostly…?” “We demand knees with other knees! We don't demand just knees! What we demand is a total absence of the absence of knees! I demand that I may or may not be Vroomfondel!"...
  7. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Maybe semi-circle, if they will show their new HasLab Botbots homage, a Snuggle Puggle lifesize transforming airplane neck pillow. The new promo will be, "Great pillow, man! HasLab?" "No, I has Pug. Don't turn into lab without 3rd party add-on kit..." "Never mind."
  8. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Well, tomorrow is the day we find out that HasLab Wheelie's final stretch goal is to raise enough money to hire a top attorney to draft out an ironclad contract that forbids Hasbro from ever doing it. ESPECIALLY not with the talking 'Tickle Me Elmo' based soundchip.
  9. Personal Canon Thread

Well, on a somewhat sad note, if anyone wants to get some of the Ghostbusters, clear Optimus, or clear Arms Microns I have used for a lot of my personal continuity, due to various ongoing events, I have them up on ebay, links are in the sales thread. I will be including the spare gun and green...
  10. He-Man, and also the Masters of the Universe

I haven't seen it yet, but SPOILER anyway: This probably does NOT happen!
  11. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

The weird part is, while 'proper size' Cybertron for the Unicron Standing scene would be implausible, some Moon Bases to go with him look fully do-able. And we already know that the Cybertron Primus and his repaints can be posed properly to HasLab Unicron for 'eating' scenes, so it's even been...
  12. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

I think all of them are by now. That white plastic had issues, even back then, between the yellowing on it and the softer grey, and also the hinge on the front being prone to cracks (I was never sure if that was due to the pressure it was under when combined, or if it was just a problem with...
  13. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

What if it's a reworking of Beast Wars K9 except he's now a police drug dog of a different breed, so the next HasLab would turn into a lab and his name will be Maximal MethLab. His third mode would be to unfold into an Ark interior play set of Wheeljack's lab.
  14. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

A serious question, given the whole 'screen accuracy' kick that's more or less been going on, I wonder if any giant Primus would have the setup to have HasLab Unicron in robot mode standing on it. Though I can't see how it would work, both for sheer mass that would have to be attached, and...
  15. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Well, there's also the Omega Lock for Primus, so the only logical conclusion is we get a Fire Convoy that turns into an Omega Lock that plugs into Primus who combines with Ultra Magnus and that combination looks like G1 Metroplex but is named God Ginrai to get around the No Optimus rule that was...
  16. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

I figured it out! It's a gun-Megatron but it's not Megatron it's Signal Lancer, and it's not a gun, it's just the G1 gun mode stood on end with a traffic light stuck on top of the barrel. When questioned, Hasbro blames poor quality control for making a telephone pole look very strange.
  17. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

A plastic light up S.T.A.R.S. display with app compatibility, that transforms into the Cybernet Space Cube, that transforms again into REAL 3-D ACTION! Primejets, ON! -which then simultaneously transforms into a truck and a monkey that retroactively gives a very angry guy on a message board...
  18. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

Improved Metroplex with small transforming Signal Lancer that installs at an 'intersection' just to drive people nuts. And a small parking space with nothing in it except a gaffitti'd splash saying 'Towline was here and now you aren't'.
  19. 40th Anniversary Haslab: RID2001 Omega Prime

They said 'kicking' so it must be a HasLab Kicker, that will come with a large Star Saber to surf on.
  20. Studio Series discussion

The abbreviations could be worse, I remember when due to some bad font choices, we were wondering why people were talking about "Transformers: Steve" and I admit to posting the MST3K video from youtube about "Steve" right after. But I am also bad at interpreting them anyway, when POTP was put...
