Legends scale is shaping up nicely. If the combiner looks good, I would love to get an upscaled KO of the rumoured Dinoforce/Monstructor version/s.
PvP's Slug review had the torso mode (with Sludge) combined with parts from the deluxe Junkions, and it worked shockingly well.
Oh that stopped right after Trypticon.
They look a little small on him so I'm guessing Volcanicus will be in the mid-small voyager range.
If I were to guess Swoop being the right arm will provide a blade and Skarr's dome will provide a shield.
The "so mad" of this involves a couple of sentences on an internet message board. It's not like anyone is protesting outside Hasbro headquarters. It is unlikely that even the richest of us have spent more time complaining about this than Hasbro expects us to work at a job to earn sufficient revenue to pay for it.
Hasbro would be much madder if the money I tried to pay them for the toy was the wrong colours as it was cheaper for me to do.
People are perfectly entitled to say something isn't very good due to Hasbro's rampant cost cutting, which is (according to Hasbro's own public financial statements) in an attempt to improve their margins.

Red tires/black hubcaps or black tires/red hubcaps would go a long way to make it look like an intentional choice rather than a comically absurd result of gangmolding.
If I get Costcut, I will probably add some custom paint to bring it back to it's proper colours. It won't look half-bad then. I'm sure Toyhax will release something similar (plus oodles of unnecessary gumf to mummify it to justify their asking price).

At the end of the day, Hasbro is still in the business of making toys, which includes managing costs. Given the relative obscurity of Crosscut as a character, and this being the third use of the mold in a year, I just don’t think the design/marketing guys felt this was ”a hill worth dying on” in terms of budgeting to give the toy black wheels.
Personally, I think the biggest reason he’s even here is to continue scratching that odd Diaclone itch someone on the team has.
Also, fresh images of Animated Prowl. Looks good, but I’m not sure a huge need for someone like me with a couple from WAY back in the day.
