Yeah, I was thinking this seems like another dual homage that this team seems increasingly fond of. Not to the Amazon one as there's no orange or blue (the launch base doesn't count), though I'd love an WFC Astrotrain in those colors, maybe just claim him as 'G2 Universe Astrotrain'

Impulse bought Jhiaxus despite my reservations of him possibly yellowing badly. Pretty good but damn does the little red thing on his shoulder bother me with how it sits crooked in jet mode if you skip the partsforming.

Because KOs are legal on the whole and those that review them clearly state where they get them from, as opposed to the likes of CVC, who operates from the opposite of that.

....it's just that, in the past, most of them filled that hole with a transparent plastic slug for light piping

That is odd. We’ve seen these prototype leaks come put in varying stages of assembly or with immediately obvious disfigurements, could that be the case? They can and have sculpted one-piece heads that are about as hollow but not as obvious before so it’s not likely about skimping on plastic.
