Picked up the Motormaster-with-trailer kit from the FLCS! I've warmed up a little to Wheels, especially the non-blindbox stuff like this, and I think the engineering is different enough from OP-with-trailer to be worth the fifteen bucks. The purple/black/silver for Motormaster is really classy, and the changes to the trailer are fun enough. Only nitpick is wishing the turret bit connected further forward on Blackjack instead of hanging completely off the back.
Mine has been on preorder for a while now, and I can't wait to get him. I've got the other Stunticons (which have had their wheels/tires tastefully modded), and now they need their leader! I really do enjoy building the kits, and the finished products make fun desk toys.

Is that Metroplex facing Trypticon on Cybertron? If so, what's with all the stuff around him?
Probably just reinforcement for the peg attaching him to the surface.
Doesn't one of the S3 starting sequences have a bit where Metroplex and Trypticon grapple and Metroplex spins Trypticon around fairly rapidly? Could it be speed lines as a reference to that?It almost tracks as a speed/running effect for me, but I don't usually think of Metroplex dashing anywhere, so...
So when does this set come out?
