They've done similar things before right, such as using faded colour models for the basis of "cartoon accurate" figures?Oh no.
Oh no.
Watch them misinterpret their own art and slather the thing in green paint.

"Primal Prime II: The Secret of the Ooze"
That's Takara's game. Hasbro bases their deco mistakes off of TFWiki. They've done similar things before right, such as using faded colour models for the basis of "cartoon accurate" figures?
I'm sure the Thrilling 30 one is cheap enough these days no?It occurs to me that if we have an upcoming Lugnut, I'd want a spinny-faced Blitzwing to subject to his shenanigans. That hypothetical Blitzwing means that we'd have a tank to jet triple changer where the tank isn't so happy to see you.
Plus it has enough rubbery plastic to be maddening, and the missile-firing tank barrel creates a solid, cumbersome thing to hide in jet mode (I'll leave it to others to point out that its length sticks out from where it tucks between the legs). Not as bad as the TR one's entire turret just hanging around under there, though.
I almost wish we'd get a Blitzwing that starts out with the ideas of the Legacy one but doesn't blow a chunk of its budget on Hulk hands. But then I look at the SS86 Astrotrain and remember that sometimes it's a bigger gamble than I realize.
Nexus shipped from Pulse. The Thirteen shelf is right on the edge of completion.
Now that Nexus Prime is the name of the torso bot, and he has a dedicated set of limbs (and frame, hopefully) coming for him to plug into, I wonder what the combined bot will be called. If taking CW Optimus Prime as a precedent, I guess it'd have to be Nexus Maximus?

Hasbro will leave it to the fans, but I'm fine with Nexus Prime being his own thing. I view Nexus as a singular entity that happens to separate, like Infernicus or RotF Arcee Crew. To me, when he splits, the core is primarily the same person, but his limbs take on more "focused" aspects of the overall personality (like the Animated Starscream clones).Either Hasbro will leave it to the fans, or the combined bot will still be treated as Nexus Prime, or the combined bot will be marketed as Nexus Supreme. I like that last option, myself.
I thought we were talking about a general Nexus Prime, not Randy's personal copy.He will be called Leggy McArmsFace and will have a limb set that has no right foot, just versions of a left, explaining why he's the Prime of bad dancing. And it will all be canonized by Vector Prime, somehow...
