Yup. There's no technically about it, that's what it is. That's unfortunately shaded into by some absolutely atrocious garbage, but one is not the other and conflating the two sets the discussion back.

If this were a celebration of this administration it'd be a bribe, not an actual solicited product.

Honestly Hasbro getting into NFTs around the launch of Zord Ascension Project was more cringe, as that was more transparently jumping on an actual bandwagon that was known to be stupid. This is getting on a familiar, less-problematic if jingoistic longtime bandwagon that got hijacked to play the starring role in the trolley problem over the year plus that the production process took.

In any case, I'd like it if proceeds from these celebratory capsule/s partly went to a veterans charity or to something else that's currently being gutted, but I'm not holding my breath. Then again, I'm not thinking this is meant to line any admin pockets either.

I'd maybe get Star Eagle if they did a set representing different countries.

🇨🇦 Beaver
🇬🇧 Lion (gold)
🇫🇷 Rooster
🇨🇳 Dragon
🇯🇵 Crow
🇩🇪 Eagle (black)
🇮🇹 Wolf
🇬🇷 Phoenix
🇵🇱 Eagle (white)
🇪🇸 Lion (purple)

But I really don't need a random 'MURICA bot.

My new head canon is that Twin Mill is a pair of twins (see what I did there) who intentionally RirFib everyone by using one name between them. (The Autobots find it really annoying and mostly just call them Red and Blue).

-ZacWilliam, other option is it's one bot who can split into two Refelctor style, but I think I like the twin concept better.

I got my original Twin Spin as a kid in the 3-pack with Stinger and Cy-Kill. He wound up being a stand-in for Coptur until my adult collecting years.

Technically it's representing the 250th anniversary of a country.
Normally, I'd be happy to support a Patriotic-themed Transformer on the 250th anniversary of the founding of the country. The fact that the anniversary happens to fall under THIS administration has made the concept far more problematic (for me, let alone anyone or anywhere else) than it really should have been.

Imagine if they'd retooled the robot mode head to look like George Washington.
