I'm a bit worried that his left arm can't be posed normally and might suffer from "weightlifter/gorilla arm syndrome".

Magmatron is not a character I am familiar with or attached to. I never got around to watching the japanese beast wars stuff...

And Megatron.
And then he led the Dinobots during the Beast Machines era, alongside T-Wrecks.

Agreed. I'm not a Beast Wars person (I know, I know. It just happened during that "too cool for Transformers" window of my life so I don't have any nostalgia for it) but I can't avoid any good dinosaur Transformer. And this guy is THREE* dinosaurs!

I gone and preordered this guy, I'm curious to see his transformation and how he stacks up against Big Convoy!
If there's any justice in this universe, he'll tower over Big Convoy just as he's supposed to.
Magmatron looks good. Looks a lot like his original figure. The BW Neo figures were all pretty good, it’ll be a challenge to improve on them. This looks like mostly a lateral move.
So an opportunity to get the character for people who missed it the first time around, is what you're saying?
