They don't have to chase anything. The suckers are more than willing to put their own faces in the leopards' mouths at this point.

It's practically automated, and they made it look like a casino.

For those wondering, all nine justices agreed to overturn Colorado's decision to remove Trump from the ballot, saying only Congress has that power.

The correct answer, of course, was that they should be the ones saying it's unconstitutional for any state to allow him to run in the first place.

Our whole government needs to be dissolved. It's too far gone to be salvaged.

If they stated that it was unconstitutional for trump to be allowed to run in the first place, all the red states would throw biden off the ballot in retaliation. They would literally cripple the electoral process to get a fascist into office.

Much as I hate the outcome: this is the outcome that lets the process actually move forward.

Don't forget to start kidnapping people and getting them registered to vote. Vote blue down all the way down the line or all this shit happens again.

Yeah sorry to say they got it right in this case. He didn't actually engage in insurrection he merely started one then sat back and watched things happen. Section 3 is pretty clear cut in this case. HOWEVER! if convicted, that's a different story.

Ironbite-as much as we'd love it if SCOTUS tossed the Orange Piss Pot, this is the right decision.

It was always going to be a near unanimous decision, 8-1 at least against Colorado. The states who took Trump off the ballot were engaging in resistance performance art for blue consumption.

No, they're right about it not being the states' job; but by judicial review it's the Supreme Court's own job to determine what is and isn't constitutional. And if it's not constitutional for Trump to run, they have a duty to say so, right here, right now, BEFORE the election is held.

"But officer I didn't commit arson. I just set a stick on fire and threw it into the window. The flaming stick did all the burning of the building itself!"

And they choose to pawn the job off onto congress whom can't even scratch it's own ass, never mind make a determination of treason. So it's full treason season in the high halls of the US.

Good thing there's a rifle behind every blade of grass or this might be a terrifying time.

The republican party has already declared it when they demanded they include border security with the aid bill, no SEPERATE the border from the aid bill, no ADD the border to the aid bill, they refuse to vote on the border OR aid bill.

Republican support for Ukraine was always, at best, highly reluctant. They've been Team Putin the whole time, but they knew the optics were bad at the outset of the invasion.

Just like with January 6, after the initial outrage passes they eventually show their true colors.

In a televised interview with CNN, Brian Butler said he helped Trump aide Walt Nauta load about 10 to 15 boxes onto Trump's plane at the West Palm Beach airport near his resort in June 2022, when representatives from the Justice Department were meeting with Trump and his attorneys about unreturned classified material.

Butler, whom CNN identified as “Trump Employee 5” in an indictment filed by special counsel Jack Smith, said in the interview that aired Monday that the boxes were “the boxes that were in the indictment, the white banker’s boxes,” referring to photos in the federal indictment.

Butler said in the interview that he was unaware that potentially classified material were in the boxes.

“I had no clue. I mean, we were just taking them out of the Escalade, piling them up,” Butler told CNN, adding that he told federal investigators about the movement of boxes. "I remember they were all stacked on top of each other, and then we’re lifting them up to the pilots.”

Butler said that he would be willing to testify during a trial.

Remind me again why Trump's other properties were never checked for classified documents.

Cause they couldn't justify it... Now they can. I bet they'll find boxes if they dig up his wife.

I'm sure they can be checked for boxes when they're seized and sold off to pay Trump's massive bill in roughly two weeks.
