Looks like the recent one from DNA Design.

Looks a bit different than the DNA one. Very similar ideas, but different details.

Afaik DNA doesn't come out till next year; this is one of two 3rd party one floating around on Ebay, I'd been curious in it for awhile but the DNA set does just about the same stuff, for about $10 cheaper.
