Looks like Disney saw what Warner Bros. doing with Multiversus and decided to get in the game, only instead of following the crowd and making a Smash clone, we get a Mario Kart clone with Disney and Pixar characters and locations.

I mean, if the game mechanics are well implemented and balanced: then the characters don't matter and it'll be an awesome racing game. Always enough room for one more good multiplayer kart racer.

Gameloft is mostly known for mediocre mobile games, so my hopes aren't high for this one. Still the ONE decent franchise they own is one of the best mobile racing games, so there's a little hope there.
