I'm surprised that any of the congresspeople quoted in that article were willing to pull their lips off of Trump's ass long enough to make a statement.
They had to come up for air once in a while. Not quite a Republican Centipede, no matter how much it seems like it sometimes.
Yep. If Trump sees consequences for his actions that opens the possibility that any of them could too, and they desperately do not want that to happen.
Plus anything to spite Democrats. Even though the DoJ is (in theory) nonpartisan.
