I'm fairly certainly they will be. The first democrat in control is going to roll back basically everything trump did. Some stuff very quietly, but stuff like this will get fanfare because they'll need the american population and the global population to know it was done. A lot of the various regions in the US depend on tourists, and this would help make the US look tourist friendly again.
