All this reveal does for me is convince me that the energy badges should have been clear plastic all this time.

In my mind, this is what WK Optimus should have been colored like from the jump (I'm either/or on the drone numbers, but the white, the dark blue windows, nice). I might've gotten that.

I've no idea why they went with clear plastic for the limbs. The price seems even more removed from the product now for me.

I have the original Energon Optimus and the Platinum Edition repaint. I have two versions of the Wild King Optimus mold. This new one is very pretty, but not for me. I don't really care enough about this mold being repainted at Energon Optimus, and the animals just being same-color-but-clear, while neat, isn't enough of a draw.

I got the yellow elephant and the pachycephalosaurus today. The elephant's gray shoulder pieces are swapped and won't close enough for animal mode or combiner mode. Gonna see if I can shave down the plastic.
