...looks like a mix of Cybertron Dirt Boss and PCC Mudslinger...And he's wearing Skeletor's hat.

It's from the alternate Universe where the Great War was animated entirely by the BBC and required the Autobots and Decepticons to queue frequently, and so it was vitally important for the leaders to get everyone in the right line. They turn into their own symbols for clear signage.

Or this is what happens when Acid Storm drops acid in the middle of the battle and everyone's faction symbols suddenly swell up and eat them. Not sure.

I'm not where I can copy the pic easily but from the Hasbro table, it looks like for the Mystery Machine, despite the heads being removable, they all plug in at once and you can 'dial a head'. Which makes not making them all Titan Masters make even LESS sense for numbers of moving parts and materials...I am starting to wonder if the concept execution was supposed to be quite different and something got changed at the last minute.

I know nothing about the actor at all, but it was a great Skeletor portrayal. The only complaint I had was some of the vocal effects made it hard for me to understand him sometimes. Definitely leaned more to the original minicomic 'extradimensional demon' portrayal than Keldor, though vague enough to be taken either way.

I believe his name did far more harm to the film than his performance.

Looking at the pic, I think the head attachments points are all one static piece and the rest of the head ports hidden in the torso are just a storage feature for the unused heads. An integrated head switching gimmick sounds like way too many moving parts to accomplish something not integral to Scooby Doo. There also doesn't seem to be enough room to accommodate a rotating assembly.

There's definitely no clearance for the neck area to rotate as is.

Unless the front of the torso also folds down/opens up, leaving this mechanism clear to turn. Then you can turn it 90 degrees, fold up the next head's neck panel (they seem to all be on pinned joints) and close the chest up again. Or you open the back, this whole dial telescopes out that way, turn, fold up neck/new head, push the assembly back in and close up the back. That big rivet in the center seems like it has to do something. (Also, there seems to be a slight rail on the opening, presumably on both sides, that could slide alongside and lock in the flipped-up neck/head base.)

It's pretty involved for something not really associated with the brand and characters. But then, the whole notion of having heads based on the gang instead of having full-on Titan Masters based on them (and for THAT there seems to be no room here, even in storage) has that odd disconnect too.

In altmode I guess they really are making out in the back of that van. But eh, they're more than old enough.
