I hope that's just a lighting thing, because it's so weirdly pale.
Yeah, the test shot they showed was a washed out, almost forest green, when it should be a BRIGHT green. Definitely not matchy with Grimlock, but they usually mention if a test shot's colours are vastly different from what they feel the final product will be, and they didn't bring it up here. At least the preview images from yesterday are brightish, so I still have hope.

Decided to go back and throw in an extra item to get free shipping on the Sandstorm 2-pack and that was a mistake; he sold out in like 4 minutes. Thanks Hasbro for your slow ass website and stupid slow-ass bot checking.

Reveal Livestream:
Noteworthy details from the stream:

Complete Superion is shown off with all four Aerialbot limbs. Mark keeps using the term "Scramble City", saying "you could probably do some Scramble City with the Menasor model", which is a bit confusing since "Scramble City" refers to not just the ability to swap arms with arms and legs with legs, but mainly to the ability to swap arms and legs with each other (which I doubt Superion will be able to do since Menasor couldn't).

Mark considers Venin to be the "true leader" of the Insecticons, not Kickback.

Mark pointedly likens Micronus Prime's exosuit to a Pretender shell play pattern, as if to hint that this figure could be testing the waters for how to bring back proper Pretenders. He also mispronounces "Chimera" as "Chy-mera" rather than "Ky-mera". The exosuit is also built like a Weaponizer, so its limbs can detach to become weapons for other figures to wield. The suit's legs become the unicycle's wheel, and it actually does roll.

The Covenant of Primus that comes with Alpha Trion has actual turning pages with some Cybertronian text printed on them. Alpha Trion's altmode is based on a concept sketch for an altmode that was never used before.

Flatline has a new fist on his left wrist where Red Alert originally had only his arm tool.

When discussing Onyx Prime's Tryptich Mask spear, Mark says that all of the Primes' artifacts have a specific purpose for when all thirteen of the artifacts are brought together.

As expected, the Sandstorm Vs. Slugslinger two-pack is an Amazon exclusive. Nate calls him "Handsome Face Sandstorm". Mark is a fan of Battle Masks, so that's why they did the toy-accurate face first. Sandstorm's colors are more animation accurate. Mark says Slugslinger's colors are meant to be a midway between the cartoon colors from "The Rebirth" and the colors of the Takara version of the toy (presumably the Transformers Legends version that used colors based on The Headmasters cartoon).

When showing off the Selects G2 Dinobots 2-pack, they state outright that the next two G2 Dinobots are coming next year.

The Studio Series Decepticon pack is an Amazon exclusive.

No pipeline or space bridge reveals to close out the stream.

Beautiful Squidward, out on the sea,
Mermaids are chaunting the wild lorelie;
Over the streamlet vapors are borne,
Waiting to fade at the bright coming morn.
Beautiful Squidward, beam on my heart,
E’en as the morn on the streamlet and sea;
Then will all clouds of sorrow depart,
Beautiful Squidward, awake unto me!
Beautiful Squidward, awake unto me!

Which is in line with Venom's original Tech Spec/bio, though it's funny that Mark's still going with the "Kickback is the leader" thing that Aligned started.
Alpha Trion's altmode is based on a concept sketch for an altmode that was never used before.
The nebulous wording made it sound like it was a G1 thing, and the alt mode does certainly have a Dery charm to it, but it's based on concept art made for IDW Comics.

This one's weird to me-- because I own Legends Slugslinger and am looking at him right now, and he's a much lighter shade of blue than this new two pack one. No "midway", the 2 pack one is entirely Rebirth Slugslinger from what I can see.

Isn't Shrapnel the leader of the three who were in the cartoon?

Anyway, I'm also pretty sure none of the small ones have ever outranked Venom in anything that Venom was in.

I know people are wanting Micronus himself retooled into Scrounge, but I also wonder if they could retool him and his armor (pretty much replacing most if not all of the inner robot) into Vroom.

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

Oh, no, you do, but it's entirely contextual: mostly you don't, but there are instances of the "I dunno, what do YOU want to do" loop that needs to be broken.

Since it's insecticons: imagine a married couple who want to go out to eat, but no one has any specific tastes or ideas of where to go... but like three people fighting over the one braincell instead of two.

This is the thing I'm really curious about. When they first revealed the line and were talking about their artifacts, I was wondering if they might have anything in mind for them. So far, there doesn't seem to be any obvious gimmick going on, and they don't seem like they'd neatly combine into anything. And the big member of the group doesn't seem to interact with them in any special way either. So what's this all about?

unluckiness

Somehow still sane
Citizen
I imagine they can all peg together to form some kind of mega-artifact that will revive Primus and lead into that year’s Haslab lol. IDK the Omega Lock or something.

My guess is that they combine into one big weapon, like the Might Morphin Power Rangers weapons during the first season and its Hasbro's way of attempting to say that this weapon drove Unicron back, similar to the weapon that the Fanstastic 4 use to get Galactus to stop his attempt to consume Earth in the old 90s Cartoon show, that is my guess, so they would need all 13 primes to shout out the names of their weapons and combine them into one weapon and they all stand in some form around the completed weapon and shout its combined form name, with the word "FIRE!!"
