Sounds like someone doesn't remember the events of the Armada episode "Puppet" in which Red Alert, Hot Shot, Megatron, Starscream, and Demolishor all got their color-change power-ups.

Sentinel Prime, in an effort to seem "hip" and "with it," latches onto the "6, 7" trend.Can we talk about the box art....they hinted in the fan stream that there was a story....and both these boxes scream story concept. Do you think we will hear what is going on here?

I haven't watched all of Armada yet. I read the comics and loved the toys though.

In a mad attempt to gain more power, Megatron believed that painting himself like Perceptor would grant him Powerlinx energy without the need for a Minicon but failed to realize that Google search's first results were a different Perceptor.
With the blue face and two shades of brown, he ends up looking like Dinobot.
Bright side, I finally was able to order Swindle! Downside, his price tag fit the name.
I don't care what the new plastic process is. Why would they even take a chance with metallic flake at this point?
Can't bitch about Vector Prime's Jhiaxus shins if he doesn't have legs.
I think I will save some money and just get a small pile of gold glitter. It will double as my Beast Wars Dinobot.
Same reason they took a chance on soft plastic tires for Beachcomber, which iirc was also presented as a feature and not a potential issue.
Finally something even more fittingly-ancient than pneumatic hoses: dust.

I quite like that metallic flake effect. I'd prefer it if it were used on silver and we never had to see that mud grey that Hasbro love so much ever again though.
