If this news was coming from someone who doesn't lie as effortlessly as he blinks, I'd be excited. He probably just needs to fleece the marks a little more to cover some extra expenses this month.

Yeah, but it also kinda coincides with reports that the secret services and new york police were holding meetings discussing the security for it. I think it's more he did it as a call to violence; "be here tuesday and protect your tyrant.", especially given the knockoff tweet he put out about it. I don't know. I do feel the indictment is pretty much a sure thing at this point. Weather or not we get a conviction... That's the part I'm questioning.

There's like a dozen investigations against him right now, and once he's arrested for something, anything, the process of searching his properties and property gets significantly easier.

They got al capone for tax evasion, and capone opened up ******* soup kitchens. Trump is a life long scumbag. They'll convict on something.

Frankly, I don't think they were planning on doing it on tuesday specifically. A couple of the analysts I watch on youtube seemed pretty certain that the bill was coming due, but none of them were of the mind it would be before summer. I think the report of the meetings between the NYPD and the secret service got trump scared, so he did this to get a mob to help cover his escape. He'll probably be in russia just in time for borscht and vodka dinner entrees.

Much as I'd love for that to be the way it works for Trump, that's not how it goes. The most he can be held without bond or a bond hearing is 48 hours. Given the publicity, he'll have a bond already set or they'll have a special session. No one wants Trump sitting in their jail facility. That's just more liability than anyone would want.
