I'm sure a few did, but a lot of others quit because they got tired of the general population harassing them constantly. When you have people constantly coming up to you asking for your badge number, asking you to take off your mask or calling you out as a two-bit thug, it will eventually wear you down.
But they can't all land on an aircraft carrier and say, "Mission Accomplished"

Communism was the old scare word, socialism is the new scare word. Either way, the people who use it the most don't actually care what it means.

Fascists love getting their hands on the inner workings of corporations despite, on paper, being against nationalizing industries. There's a reason it's only a 10% stake. It's enough control to influence board decisions, but low enough to still claim they aren't taking over the industry. As long as a corporation plays ball with the regime, they will generally be left alone. If they start working AGAINST the regime, they will do what they can to either take over the corporation or ensure it fails. Trump isn't full fascist, though, he's got a lot of cleptocractic tendencies going on too. Using governmental power to strip-mine private companies of their wealth so it can be transferred to the cartel is par for the course for those types.

Not at all. When Trump talks about Mamdani he emphasizes that he's not just a socialist. He's a COMMUNIST. But someone got this one by Trump. Not clear yet if it was Mamdani.

Is that what the 2008 bailouts were about?

It's also strong-arm thuggery "deal" making stuff. CHIPS Act awarded grants to Intel during Biden Administration, but it didn't get time to pay. Trump hasn't paid and 64% of the price of the stocks was paid with those already-award grants. Trump went in to make sure he got something for it.

Nah, the bulk of those was the other way around. The corporatists fleecing the population by claiming that they were too big to fail and the government being WAY to hands off after giving them tons of money to stay afloat. They should have been broken up into smaller units at the very least(if a business is too big to fail, than it is simply too big and should be split up)

Remember folks: you don't need to outlive the virus, just RFK's brain worm. He won't be in power after trump. Two more years of washing your hands and wearing a mask ain't that bad.

Yeah, but its also probably a billion dollar industry: so nothing will change. Not even the hygiene of maga chuds.
