I don't get why he looks unhappy in the portrait. They couldn't find a reference picture of him displaying a look of steely determination?

Are you telling me even ICE has (well, had) people among its ranks who have too much of a functioning conscience to follow the orders Trump has been giving them lately? Well, that's... shocking, if true, but promising.

I'm sure a few did, but a lot of others quit because they got tired of the general population harassing them constantly. When you have people constantly coming up to you asking for your badge number, asking you to take off your mask or calling you out as a two-bit thug, it will eventually wear you down.
