But new polling and statements are showing that the broader GOP has realized they've got a monster they can't put a leash on and are getting fed up with his antics.
This is definitely the 'find out' portion of dealing with a cult. As everyone else already knew, if you are dealing with a cult and aren't the leader, then you will never have control. These people aren't loyal to the Republicans, they're loyal only to Trump. And every time he changes his mind and decides to do something against the GOP and the bank accounts supporting them, they realize they have no control over the beast they've unleashed.
