Went to a small nearby hobby convention. It was mostly model cars and military vehicles, which isn't my thing, but there were a couple of vendors selling Gundam kits, so I got to cross a few off my wish list. (And also a Mobile Haro because why not.)
Rhode Island seems to be a hub for those. Adepticon and Captain con are two big ones I've wanted to go to.
If you're in the area and need a place to crash, we have extra rooms. As long as you don't mind the clingy pit bull.
travel like that would require money and riding partners cause im not driving from central PA to Rhode Island by myself.
