TR Fort Max is not a good Transformer, but he is a good super robot. He's one of two Titans I've purchased knowing that I will rarely - if ever - transform it (the other being The Ark). If you missed out on any iterations of this guy along the way, $160 is a pretty reasonable ask.
TR Fort Max is a heavy Metroplex Retool.
I think there have been listings of a Leader Class Comic Fort Max... maybe that's an IDW-era tank, but I'm kind of hoping it's the "smaller" Fort Max from the G1 comic book, more in scale with Comic Scorpinok... himself comparable to Power Master Optimus Prime. Leader would be a good scale for that.
It might be practical to wait and see if that's a better Fort Max.

The problem with Marvel Fort Max is that toy makes up for a lot of deficiencies by being a bigass city, so downscaling him really hurts it as a toy. As that "aircraft" mode that's just him splayed out with a big tower on his gut ain't great either.
At least with Scorponok, a big scorpion is still fun even if it's not a bigger scorpion.
