KO and original comparison (w/English subs).
Five Below has a neat looking Transformers line: https://www.fivebelow.com/products/transforming-robot-army-toy-9174972?variant=9174973&utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Paid_Social&ogmap=PDSOC|MACQ|FB|ALLPRODUCTSXX|A|SITEWIDE|EVERGRN|{campaign.name}|{campaign.id}|{adset.id}|{ad.id}|NFCARDY&utm_id=120233918196300333&utm_content=120234684669900333&utm_term=120234684478700333&utm_campaign=120233918196300333&fbclid=IwY2xjawN-p8pleHRuA2FlbQEwAGFkaWQBqykay09MPWJyaWQRMXF4YlJGTzU4VndhSXFuNGdzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEe3FOFdE3e64pAEmbhn-hU71Tge75b_RTEwDoeDlmKGt5PAnn5Mt1DF-jzlFs_aem_5bKh3hwbzEnZbHAcCorpxw
I wonder how big they are compared to regular Transformers because I would include them.
"
Insect robots are transformed into human form!
Combined in two! Four more!
Lets round up 4 species and build up Kingbugnite!
Some diecast parts, the best blockcases for collection."
Please show us some pics of your toys!I picked up the two tanks and left the blue truck! The tanks are likewise bad, but not so terrible that you feel cheated at $5 a piece, but you also don't feel like you've gotten some kind of great bargain, either.
They look like KOs of Legacy Impactor to me. I like the blue one the most.View attachment 32795View attachment 32796View attachment 32797View attachment 32798
They look better in pictures than they feel in-hand. Best part of both is the weapon. The missile launcher's weapon can be held either as a gun or as a rocket launcher. Like all the Five Below "original " transformers, they're a bit rubbish, but wouldn't look bad filling in the background of a battle scene.
Saw these today -- forgot to take a pic of the back. Upsized, likely simplified KOs of the Legacy Core Dinobots in various colors. Light green Grimlock, purple Scarr, blue Slug, orange Sludge, yellow Snarl, lighter orange Swoop. The multicoloredness reminds me of the Transformers Go! redeco of Abominus.
Looked it up and apparently there's a giftset packaged version the store I was at didn't have. The store did have all six. (These are priced so that a set is about... $20? $25?)
The arm bots come with tiny CW handfootguns (which is kinda clever), but the leg bots don't seem to come with the feet-plate things depicted in the box art and even the instructions. There's also combining weapons (into a big sword for the combined form), which is neat. The giftset I linked to above does come with the feet-plate things, which look pretty nice. No jointing, apparently, unlike Dinoking, but hey.
Oddly there are two versions -- one carded, and one boxed on a different shelf -- but the contents (such as they were) were identical. And then there's the giftset, which I'm wondering if they'll bother with here.
Actually some head retooling (Scarr uses a Sideswipe head, wow) and honestly this has me a little curious.
