So the Royal Rumble has come and gone. Thank goodness.

They continue to ruin Gunther's career and had him retire AJ Styles.

Liv Mogan and Roman Reigns won their respective rumbles. Liv throwing out her own partner to do so. No real big surprises, the Women had both of the Bella twins, the guys had a possible Seth Rollins in a masked outfit attack Bronn Breaker going to the ring, and LA Knight showed up.

No Jericho.

I feel like this is meant to be read as two different thoughts, because otherwise I don't understand how retiring AJ Styles would ruin his career.

Well, the guy has go home heat now, not I want to see that mean heel get his ass beat heat. He has we don't want to see you at all heat. This decision to make him do all the retirement matches and win has also got the fans hating the HHH era. I know he spent most of his career as the heel, but the good guys are supposed to win in the end. The three lack luster retirement matches has also exposed his limited move set, as we are getting the same five or six moves over and over again. The Cena match was especially bad for that.

Now imagine the pop they are going to get as soon as a great, probably Randy Orton if I'm booking, beats Gunther in a Career Threatening Match. It's going to be HUGE.

So Elimination Chamber is done. Rhea Ripley and Randy Orton won their way to Wrestlemania. Punk retained in Chicago and AJ Lee won the women's Inter-continental title.

Danhausen came out of the box in the most corny way possible. That was some old school mess from the 70s.

Masked man #2 was revealed to be Seth Rollins after he attacked Logan Paul to allow Cody to get the pin. Don't know what they are going to do with him now that both Bron Breaker and Bronson Reed are on the injured list.

I expect to see him on RAW this week though. Probably to go after the vision, or to mess with Punk and Roman.

I thought it was fun. I like fun in my wrestling. You seem really jaded. It's just a show and sometimes we need corny stuff to make us smile. And beside... I Wanna see a tag team called Cursed Truth now. It be great.
