Not even kidding, Collaborative.
I picked up Shockwave and Kranix from BBTS. I think that is all I am wanting out of the current reveals. I'm still totally satisfied with Siege Astrotrain, Classics Wheeljack, and Earthrise Sunstreaker and am not feeling a need to double dip on them. Shockwave on the other hand is a favorite character of mine so, similar to Soundwave, tend to grab most updates of the character.
This is partly why I'm so glad that Hasbro and Mattel are keeping things going (apparently). Hot Wheels designs as Transformers is a fun ride that can basically go forever.
Likewise, Transformers designs as Hot Wheels is an equally fun adventure!
I mean, I do not know how many I will get. Boneshaker and twin mill were novelties, but they would have to be seriously interesting designs going forward for me.

I agree, but "seriously interesting designs" is something Hot Wheels does have plenty of... I just hope they keep leveraging ones that interest ME.
Well, I don't know about equally, as barring that one Prime they don't seem to transform (and don't need to, for the line). But I'm sure they'd be equally welcome for those of us who are fans of both lines.
I was never a Hot Wheels kid so I passed on them initially, but I really like how red Twin Mill looks. So I picked up blue Twin Mill in anticipation for having them as a set.

I'm not really much of a Hot Wheels guy either, but I love having smaller versions of things that I love, so I'm a sucker for Hot Wheels or Micro Machines scaled versions of Transformers vehicle modes. Their fun for displays.
Speaking of Micro Machines scaled ones, has anyone ever heard anymore about Jada Toys second wave of Transformers? There was supposed to be a 2nd G1 pack with Jazz, Sideswipe, and Jetfire, I think?
I really don't think he's a bad Astrotrain at all. His train mode is a significant improvement over Siege. Shuttle mode is slightly better than Siege. Robot mode is where he's pretty much just a lateral move (Siege has better proportions, but is a bit over greebled and I'm not huge on the "battle damage" paint). I like the cleverness of making his chest able to do Animation accurate or Toy accurate configuration. For full price, I don't feel like he's better ENOUGH to replace my existing space-choo-choo, but if I saw him on sale or if they do an interesting redeco, I may bite.
That looks WAY better than the other verison, a lot more cleaned up and transformed better!
There's just no un-slendering that man, but these colors are very nice.
Ironically, for being an attempt to replicate his screen appearance, this new one feels more like what would happen if you updated the original tall thin G1 toy without consideration of how the cartoon interpreted him.

Wheeljack didn't stay dead, he came back to life for Victory to aid with the creation of Victory Leo
