Lets dive into the Matrix and talk about all the cool features! Yes, Stan Bush’s official You Got the Touch song blasts out the speaker when you open the Matrix. The front half sphere of the crystal ball twists open to reveal the AA battery box, you will need 3 batteries (not included) to ignite the energon spark. But, if you don’t want to drain your energon batteries, you can plug in a USB-C cord (not included) in the secret back compartment to keep the energon spark on all day, all night, for however long you keep it plugged in! ⚡️

Once you pop those batteries in and flip the switch, you can then press and hold the back toggle orb to hear those sweet organs from when HotRod catches the Matrix out of Prime’s dying hands ! Oh the tingle of joy that washes over you as you see the energon twinkle.

For those of you who want to open the Matrix without the Stan man telling you, you got special hands, you can double press the toggle and go to silent mode and just admire the mesmerizing sequence of lights my man Peter worked on! Shout out to my man Luke and Marcelo on the rodimus illustration on the side of pack!

Yup. And as a Hasbro Pulse Premium member, I went straight to BBTS to secure my preorders. I did hop on Pulse just for grins, and it looks like Skywarp is already sold out. Still laughing at how a preorder for something like Skywarp is "sold out", but okay Hasbro. Yet again, I'm so glad that I spent the $ for a membership

Clicking the "share link" button will open up a prompt that gives you the option to have your link start the video at a certain time. Just have it paused at the moment you want the video to start at. Once that happens it gives you the timestamped url.

Yay! My canadian site had the pre-order for kranix up, so I got mine in.

Also got the new powerglide: cause the shipping was like half the price of the toy, but fixed, so it was worth it to get something else.

I've preordered Shockwave and Kranix, Shockwave is being sold at a voyager price, I had leader stuck in my head, likely because the siege version was a leader with all of those extra parts and this is the cheepest Shockwave in a while, the last one was the core class from the same time as the leader

There's a throughline:

I honestly don't like his design much, but despite me generally trying to avoid getting my nephew anything he might find himself at Wal-mart to avoid accidently duplicating, I did order one anyway because it's also one of those designs I know he could use more than one of to be a different character, like I see him do with the spare Bumblebees and the G2 colored things.

It would really help the figure's case if every stock photo of its robot mode didn't have the chest mistransformed.

Otherwise, that train mode is excellent, especially with the moving side rods.

This feels like a rare case where the one mode that was compromised for the sake of being a Triple Changer was the robot mode.

I don't think it's a bad triple changer at all. It's just a kind of a sidegrade compared to the Siege Astrotrain and especially the DCS one, choosing between what mode you prefer and the stege vs the lankiness.
