So they're giving people another shot at a Sunbow Cyclonus that won't yellow.
Cyclonus also needs a new face. It is not good.
Not just that, his knees and lower arms colour wasn't accurate. I put my yellowed figs in the sun and they're more acceptable now but damage is done I suppose.
It's more this, for me. The toy colors Selects release is so, so good (and the Toyhax labels really take it up a notch, helped by him having too-small windows to waste much sheet real estate on). And afaik not as much, if any, yellowing. But the headsculpt remains lackluster (and I'm not sure what alternatives really exist that aren't 3D printing models or the IDW look, which doesn't mesh as well with the blockier body).
I could skip a reissue as I'm fine with the Selects one, but if they do the aforementioned blurple-r (maybe metallic, ooh) color scheme, I'm all in.

I'm probably the only one holding out for a MTMTE Cyclonus. I liked the hollow-faced samurai look. But Studio Series wouldn't be the place for that.
Iirc Dark-ism and some ebay sellers (not sure if that's a copy of the former) have produced MTMTE style heads for the mold. But depending on the angle and pose it can look like a decent or weak fit on the Kingdom mold.
I could take it or leave it. The real limiting factor is the lack of IDW1 dudes to hang out with. To a lesser degree, me remembering end stage IDW1 and deciding I don't want to be reminded of it.
Watch it turn out to be a brand-new mold altogether, all because they realized that the Kingdom mold got the jet mode cockpit upside down on the robot mode's back, in comparison to the original toy, the cartoon model, and even the Universe 2008 Deluxe mold. 
Not unless they also wanna make it so the wings are attached to the back of the torso (like on the cartoon model) instead of the arms.
It's been over 5 years now. Anything's on the table.
If scourge is just a straight reissue I doubt Cyclonus is any different.
Unless he's a straight reissue specifically because new tooling money had to go to Cyclonus... nah
if Galvatron only got different colors, I’m not expecting anything more for Cyclonus
