The enemy putties are Black Convoy Mass Production Types. Sometimes Scourge hides in the midst as a surprise ambush.
So, like, Eldedroids? (What little I know of those is that they're mass produced types and I think use the black redeco color scheme) Neat.

There's actually some skepticism about that, since if you open that pic at full size and look closely, both of those boxes are pretty beat up and banged up, making it less likely that they're new reissues and more probably just warehouse finds of preexisting old stock.
I've seen freshly stocked GI Joe classified figures on shelves at my Walmart that look like someone crushed the case. We'll have to wait and see, but another user pointed to their Walmart having the shelf tag for this, and according to the news article, the release supposedly features some retooling originating from the later SS-44 Optimus Prime figure.
This user posted a comparison with their sample, indicating Hasbro made some packaging changes to this version relative to the original 2018 release
