My nephew loves Wheeljack, but has been using my RTS one made before he was born, and it's falling apart. I did get him the Bumblebee Movie version but it's not quite right. I'm definitely looking at this, and Sideswipe too, for birthday stuff! The lack of clear breakable bits is a bonus.

This set needs a G1 colored Soundwave.

I would've been tempted if it had the undamaged Megatron with a deco that fit better with his 2007 and DotM bodies.

I'd have been tempted if they recreated the Gathering at the Nemesis set as closely as possible. G1 colored Soundwave. Toy colored The Fallen. 2007 Megatron with an ice themed deco.

Are these rereleases of the previously released toys or are they colored different? Megatron looks like the battle damaged release, Fallen looks the same at first glance and Soundwave was always a blob of gray so I can't tell.

They look like straight rereleases. If there are any differences I can't tell. I've actually never seen a single in hand photo of Studio Series The Fallen. It got announced and then I never heard about it again.

That old RTS purple and teal color scheme would have looked great. Missed opportunity really .

(Also, I hope they're just 'normal' colors, didn't care much for the faux "comics shading" on the comics Grimlock and Shockwave we got.)

Seeing more pics of SS '86 Megatron and I may just wait until reviews so we get a better idea of how blue his legs are, because they look so blue in these images that they should be in an Eiffel 65 song.

Also I might just wait for the inevitable slightly better version that doesn't have the blue legs.

They just stick out like sore thumbs, especially in tank mode; given the stock photos appear to be fine, this had to have been a late change or something.
