So this has been out for a while now, but I just got to watch it as it is now on HBO Max streaming.
For those of you that haven't heard about it, Sinners is a horror movie set in Mississippi in 1932. Starring Michael B Jordan as twin brothers Smoke and Stack, who have just come back from Chicago to open up their own juke joint. Problems arise when an Irish Vampire is drawn to the magical music that their cousin plays. Check out the trailer below:

The film is really good, and has a long setup before things start to go awry. They really put a lot of detail into this film, and it shows. The dialog is great, and the characters are interesting and well thought out. The ending of the film is great and this is probably the best horror film I have seen in decades.
