Your likely in the eye of the storm
It's a single theater that plays the movies in order. So you buy a ticket for Theater #4, what movie you get depends on what time it is.
One of my dad's favorite stories from his childhood was when he and my uncle were playing catch in the front yard and they both heard something and looked across the street to see the neighbor's house engulfed in a downpour even though the sun was still shining on them.
Doomsday is bound to be bad because they didn't give Doctor Doom his iconic micro miniskirt.

The Ninja Turtles live in a sewer. Does Shredder wear a mask because they reek of human waste?
He wears one to hide the scars on his face, at least the human version does, the alien version, its a style choice
I think it's the "storm drain" portion rather than the sanitary, but the 1987 cartoon suggested that the Turtles knew which pipes should only be opened in emergencies, and Collegehumor... well.
He also lives with a rhino, a boar, and an alien brain. I doubt any of that smells great.
Thinking back to the brief time I owned a freshwater turtle, the odor of human waste may be an improvement
