Oh yeah, that's DXRobo Universe.
It's a semi-spinoff toyline of relatively cheap Sentai robos (MSRP is ¥4800 so about $33 US) where the whole gimmick is that they all have a shared inner core body that you snap the parts onto to make the robo and the idea is kids can mix and match both the core body (which can come apart and snap together in different configs) and the robot parts to make their own creations.
I say semi-spinoff cuz IIRC one of the mecha from last year's Boonboomger was also built around this same core body and it is compatible with them and Tega Sword toy (the mecha and transformation device from the current season) while it doesn't use the whole 'inner core body with parts you attach' it does have compatible connection points on the arms to work with it.
It's also uses the exact same connectors as the old Bandai America Zord Builder stuff.
