I have a mystery on my hands. Amazon just sent me a bag of bird food. I have never bought bird food on Amazon, and the account is tied to a card that is only used for Amazon purchases.

its a fancy goldfish i believe and their bred to look like that.

Cheetos are actually kinda tasty.

Yeah, it's an oranda goldfish. They grow a hood of brain-looking stuff on their heads because I dunno, the breeders thought it looked cool.

I can take it or leave it personally. I just find their body shape to be a happy middle ground between the common goldfish's generic fish shape and the extremely deformed ones like the pingpongs or ranchu.
