In a parallel universe, Prime didn't die, he just became the weirdest version of Dr. Manhattan yet.
Now, don't you go giving me an excuse to get that figure.
"Go ahead... Make my day."
I always thought it was rather innovative, after they tried to store Optimus Prime's brain on a 1.44 MB disk, how they put his name on his chest to help him remember it.
And if blue Optimus is Dr. Manhattan, does that make the other one "Prince" Megatron...?

$300 for new legends gigastorm is a rip. it's tiny as hell and doesn't even transform.
The designers had to make alterations in all kinds of places to make sure he could do this.
I know full well the measurements were probably out there for me to see, but I'm still surprised at how tall this new Bruticus is, seeing as everyone keeps claiming he's stumpy. It doesn't look like that at all in person, but is surprisingly hard to photograph. Here's next to Defensor, better than my old pic:
And here's him next to the two tallest HasLabs I have, off their stands to make it all even. Rather impressive, seeing as his components are all about CW Protectobot sized. The frame/base/trailer adds a lot. I still don't plan to get any more of this style, but for being the only one I have, I think I picked the right one despite the fixes I had to do to it.
Despite the medical mess that made me miss Liokaiser, I did finally complete a Bruticus, which I had serious doubts on making work too! Yay!

The idea I had for a 'cable extender' for Shockwave to hook to Bruticus 'power pack' style worked! Also realized I could put some of the Red Cog guns I was using for Onslaught on the shoulder as a sort of anti-aircraft thing.

The last member's price definitely was, but at least Hasbro was polite enough to write 'swindle' right on the box, so at least they didn't mislabel their product.
