Post Pictures of Your Weirdest Optimus Prime & Megatron Pairings

[unluckiness]

TBH, I'd probably be interested in the new Seeker mold if it had the fan nipples. Everything else is the smooth Sunbow look but it's not as distracting to me as the shallow indents in the chest pretending to be vents deep enough to be dark inside.

Earthrise kind of overdid them but I guess it's cold on Cybetron/at the sea floor.

[Blot]

What makes you think they're vents?

[Gizmoboy]

I am happy keeping my Earthrise Seekers but adding in the new 4-pack to get my exposure to the SS mold without having to reinvest in all the other Seekers. I feel like I'm getting the best of both worlds that way.

What makes you think they're vents?

What makes you think they aren't?

[Blot]

What makes you think they aren't?

Because jets don't have vents there and they're just hollow squares?

[unluckiness]

So your point of contention is semantics?

Jets don't have hollow squares or squares of any sort there either.

[Sabrblade]

Well, we are all nerds, after all.

[LBD "Nytetrayn"]

I thought Boot-Legs were a different thread.

Spoiler

Becuase he's a boot forming a leg

Booticus.

Spoiler

Pronounced "Booty-cuss," for those wondering.

I've had it up to here with these damn rickets!

One of my favorite subtle Simpson's references of all times.

[The Mighty Mollusk]

I've always read the Seekers' chests as mecha vents and assumed they transformed out of part of the jet intakes. I think the only toy I've had that actually did was the first MP mold, but it's always been there in my head.

Yes, they had them on Cybertron before taking Earth forms, but everyone else had the same kibble too, so that never stood out, especially compared to other Cybertronian modes like Soundwave T-posing.

The ventriloquist has become the dummy.

From this angle, the bombing cylinder looks like a giant Monster can.

How do you think he flies?

[Princess Viola]

figures that 100% give off 'yeah i call other people 'fuckin c-words', what of it, ya fuckin c-word' energy

That's Red Bull, not Monster.

I always wondered why they didn't just call him Grimlock.

[Platypus Prime]

The head's spot-on. They could have done 'Grimdark' as some partial homage?
Still, my best guess is he didn't have the required musical talent.

"Gridlock" real word. one letter off. Perfect for a car version of the character.
